1st FBNJ Workshop Information 2024

Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation with the activities of FBN Japan.                                                                                        We are pleased to have Mr Katsuyuki Fujinami, FBN Japan Board Member and President of FSX, as our guest speaker this time.

FSX Corporation was founded in 1967 in Kunitachi City by President Katsuyuki Fujinami’s father (Mr Zhang Guang) as Fujinami Towel Service, a “rental hand towel business”. President Katsuyuki joined the company in 2004 after working for an external company. Since then, he has been developing hand towel materials and processing machines, and has successively developed patented technology for adding aroma to hand towels, the ‘VB (virus block)’ hygiene technology that safely achieves anti-viral and anti-bacterial protection, and the ‘REION’ cold/warm storage system that provides hand towels at the optimum temperature. AROMA Premium, a single-use scented hand towel, has also become a hit product.

In 2013, he decided to take up the position of President and Representative Director when the construction of a new factory was completed, and in 2016, on the occasion of the company’s 50th anniversary, he changed the company’s name to FSX Corporation. For the next 50 years, the company is developing its business to create innovative services to spread OSHIBORI culture, drawing out new possibilities for OSHIBORI, with a view to expanding not only domestically but also internationally.

We expect to hear interesting stories about the difficulties they have faced in business development to date, their future and business succession. Everyone is cordially invited to attend.
