Tokyo Coca-Cola was founded by his uncle. After that, he worked as a director at Marujin Holdings Co., Ltd., a holding company. Now advisor. In 2007, he was appointed as the president of Vian Co., Ltd., which develops franchise businesses at affiliated companies.
In 2002, he established the non-profit organization FBN Japan and is currently the president. 2015 Director General of Japan Business Research Organization 100 years. Takanashi family is one of the founders of Kikkoman(soy sauce brewer).

Taking the opportunity of assuming the position of the fourth president and CEO in 2019, the company transitioned to a holding company structure in 2020.He considers this period as the second founding of the company, and has started a community development business to contribute to the health of the mind, body, and society.

In 2024, was appointed President & COO of ASM Co., Ltd., a facility management company. In the same year, founded La Salle F, a salon hall that carries on the spirit of the Shiseido Gallery, one of the oldest art galleries in Japan.
Since 2026, serves as President & COO of Fukuhara iZ Co., Ltd., a company engaged in the comprehensive insurance agency business.
Outside of work, serves as a board member of the Japan Beauty Method Association, a general incorporated association established by the Shiseido Beauty Academy.
Also engages in social initiatives related to Ginza, the birthplace of Shiseido, and supports emerging artists.

Born in 1997 in Kamakura, Kanagawa. Natsuki Yamada is the 12th-generation successor of the Yamada Family, which preserves the legacy of the Sohen-ryu school of tea ceremony - a tradition with over 370 years of history.
After graduating from Keio University, she earned a Master of Science in Management from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. She currently works at a global consulting firm while actively engaging in her role as a next-generation leader in the family business.
In 2024, she served as the master of ceremonies and delivered a keynote address at the FBN Global Summit held in Tokyo. In 2025, she gave a keynote speech at the FBN NexGen Summit in Istanbul, representing the legacy of her great-grandfather, Torajiro Yamada—a private ambassador who played a pivotal role in fostering friendship between Japan and Türkiye. She has also been invited as a speaker to various FBN chapter summits around the world, including those in India and Colombia.
By honoring Japanese traditions, she continues to share the values of longevity and sustainability embodied by long-standing family businesses with future generations and the international community.

Born in 1961, after graduating from Waseda University, Faculty of Commerce, Joined to Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. to experience several domestic branches, Human Resource Department in charge of foreign affairs, overseas office ( Nomura bank Switzerland Geneva Branch ). Career with Lombard Odier Group ( Traditional Swiss Private Service ) started in October 1993 and terminated in December 2025 with the Representative Office in Japan, Headquarters in Geneva Switzerland and Japanese Office.
Contributed for the startup of Family Business Network Japan during the days with Lombard Odier Group as Senior Consultant. Acted to have good connection as well as exchanges with Family Business Network Headquarters and other local chapters. Family Business Visit and presentations disregarding domestic or overseas have been the achievements.
Currently, working for several family businesses as consultants as well as working for several research institutions including NUCB Business School TOkyo Campus as a research fellow. Case writing is the main responsibility.
