In addition to the production and sale of sake and other alcoholic beverages, the company is also involved in the operation of a school corporation.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Kenjin Tatsuma had been the 16th generation representative of the company since 2006, and took the opportunity of the Corona to succeed to the business. The company focuses on passing on the culture of Japanese sake and on educational and cultural projects.
