In May, Mr. Kazumitsu Kobayashi, Chairman of Kinjirushi Corporation, the largest manufacturer of wasabi for commercial use, will speak at our workshop hosted by one of our members, Mr. Yuzo Okamoto.<\/p>\n
Kinjirushi Co., Ltd. has a history of expanding “the field of activity of wasabi” in a very wide range from wasabi as a supporting role to wasabi as a functional food.
